What is MOQ?
From a production perspective, our MOQ is in principle one 20-foot container for each variety, but due to the particularities of certain outer packaging involved, such as lithographed tins, stand-up pouch, the MOQ will increase. Of course, if the customer places an annual order for shipment in installments and batches, we will calculate it based on the entire order quantity, rather than shipping in a single batch. Can you provide our country's mandatory documents or certificate?
Yes, we provide certificates of origin, free sales certificates, embassy certifications and other customs clearance documents required by various countries. At the same time, our factories have high-level international quality system certifications, such as BRCGS, IFS, and social responsibility certifications, such as BSCI, SEDEX. At the same time, we will also actively cooperate with customers to register and file in the country of sale.
What kind of payment terms you can accept?
Our acceptable payment terms are D/P at sight, T/T against copy of documents or prepayment. If other payment methods are required, such as D/A, our financial department will investigate the customer's credit status before making a decision. Please consult our sales team for details.
Do your products comply with our country's religious beliefs?
Yes, we respect the religious beliefs of all countries and strive to meet the needs of all our customers. Some of our products have HALAL or KOSHER certification, please consult our sales team for details.
Can I get a price list of all your products?
Sorry, we are unable to provide a general price list without specific product requirements. Because we have hundreds of SKUs, and the prices of agricultural products fluctuate in different seasons. In addition, differences in purchase volume, shipping period, and payment terms will also affect our quotations. Therefore, please provide the above inquiry elements in as much detail as possible so that we can respond to the quotation efficiently and accurately.
Can I get some free samples?
Since the company receives too many inquiries and sample requests every day, we cannot tell which ones are really for business and which ones are just for free samples. Therefore, we require that we can send free samples on the premise that the recipient pays the courier fee, but the company address and phone number must be provided.

Do you sell to consumers?
No, we don't sell to consumers directly. We can deliver to supermarket chain, HORECA(food service), import companies only.
